Project Brief


Users can now save and access discovered houses conveniently, aiding homebuyers in tracking favorites and finding their ideal home.

Providing users the ability to better organize and track homes they’re interested in.

This effort originated from the prior project; Shortlist feature.

I have so many favorite homes that I’m having a hard time figuring out which homes I want to take the next steps on.

I worked in a cross-functional team as the sole product designer. I conducted a usability tests to validated our assumptions and was involved in all phases of the project.

Defining the problem and understanding the “Why” with user research and data collection. 

This study primarily drew upon the research discoveries from the Shortlist project.

Understanding

  1. Designating homes as favorites and tracking them is a pivotal and heavily utilized function.

  2. Users frequently designate numerous favorites and often seek our assistance in managing them.

  3. Our data indicates that there are tangible advantages in aiding users to arrange and keep tabs on their preferred homes.
